Delivery


How much is the delivery charge?  

  • Delivery within Singapore: flat fee of SGD 5.00 

Where do we deliver?  

  • At the moment, goods purchased on our website may only be delivered within Singapore. We are currently exploring the option of international delivery and will update our website when the time comes. 
  • Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside the delivery area as stipulated by our delivery partners. 
  • For security reasons, we will not process any order for which a general address or a P.O. box has been provided. 
  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change any of the order details, such as the name and/or address on the receipt/tax invoice. 

How long will delivery take?  

  • The delivery times are counted from the time of shipment of your order. Standard Couriers will usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays. We make no guarantee as to when your delivery will arrive, but rest assured that we will provide updates where necessary. 
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday or next business day.  

How do I track delivery of my order?  

  • You can track your order with the tracking number and link provided in your SMS/email once shipment has been processed. 
  • If necessary, feel free to use Contact Us to reach out.  

Delivery Problems  

  • Any failure to deliver, late delivery, unavailability or delay in availability of your products must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. No claims notified to us more than thirty (30) days from the date of delivery will be taken into account 
  • For all lost parcels, there will be an insurance coverage up to SGD 150.
