Payment


Price 

  • The prices of the products are listed in SGD, inclusive of taxes. 
  • Hesed Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the prices of the products at any time without any prior notice. The price payable in respect of products you purchase shall be determined based on the price list posted on the website.  

Methods of Payment Accepted  

  • Accepted payment methods: We accept payment by the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and UnionPay. Payment via Apple Pay® and Google Pay are also accepted. 
  • Your card will only be debited when your order is dispatched. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you for the goods available.  
  • All transactions made on our website are secure.  

Invoices 

  • Your invoice will be sent in a Confirmation of Shipment email. We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner. However, it is possible that some emails may be regarded as spam. Therefore, if you have not received your Confirmation of Shipment email, please check your spam folder. 
  • As we strive to be a sustainable company, all our invoices will only be issued digitally by email.
